Cancel a pass

Cancel within 14 days of paying and you get back the part you didn't use, by days or by driver rides left (whichever is less). If no ride has been counted on your pass yet, you get it all back. There's no cancellation fee. If you're 65 or older, a person with a disability or a new immigrant, you can cancel for up to 4 months.
